What you'll do

  • Iron clothes our driver drops off at your door — shirts, pants, bedsheets, delicates
  • Follow our simple quality standard (collars, cuffs, creases — we show you exactly how)
  • Bag finished items for pickup. Our driver handles every pickup and delivery
  • Log what you ironed (30 seconds per batch, on your phone)

What we're looking for

  • Care about doing good work — clothes are personal, we take that seriously
  • Reliable: if you say a batch is ready, it's ready
  • Live in or near Greater Moncton so our driver can reach you
  • No experience required — we train you on our method

Driver gets paid for pickup & delivery

Our tripper picks the clothes up from customers, drops them to you, then delivers them back. They're paid for that work.

Every item you iron is counted and paid out. No hourly clock, no arguing about time — your output is your pay.

What's left goes to growth, the owner, and profit sharing

After costs, the rest keeps the business growing — and a share comes back to you quarterly. When the company does well, you do too.

This is the NFG model: profit, not greed. Same prices as dry cleaners, workers actually earn enough to live.

We follow the not-for-greed philosophy. Pay is per piece — we're starting at low volume, so the rate reflects that, and it grows as volume grows.

Do I need my own iron and board? ▼
No. We provide the equipment and supplies, or cover the cost if you prefer to use your own. You just need space to work and a place for our driver to drop off and pick up clothes.
How many hours per week? ▼
It grows with the business. We start with part-time volume (a few hours a day) and increase as customers come in. Your per-piece rate is the same no matter the volume.
I've never ironed professionally. Is that OK? ▼
Yes — that's exactly who we're looking for. We train you on our quality standard, and you're paid for what you produce from day one.
